Here is the only way to connect the internet througn a chinese mobile phone using bluetooth dial up connection.
Pair your device with pc.
Now create a dial up network with your device.
It will not connect by default, you just made the connection.
Now go to control pannel in the hardware and modem section,in windows 7 goto device manager section.
Select the same modem as you established with the dial up neworking with your device.
Now go to advanced setting's section : extra initialization command and add the command as +CGDCONT=,,"APN"  
Here APN is the access point name of the network you are using and you have to edit APN according to your operator.You can also call customer care to ask about their APN(access point name).
Now save the settings and lose control pannel.
Now you will be able to connect to internet through the dial up network you have created.

Simple steps to change(port) your number from one telecom company to other :

1. Send an sms from your current sim to 1900 with text  PORT <10 digit mobile number>, and immediately after sending the sms you will receive a 8 digit code.

2. Go to the customer care desk of the telecom company to which you want to port your number and ask for the forms to be duly filled by you with mentioning the code received by you earlier.

3. Apply for porting the number by submitting your id and address proof.

Many centuries ago people lived in harmony with nature because industry was not much developed. There was no ecological problem until people built lots of plants and factories which sent wastes into the air, water and land where they didn't disappear but lasted forever in one form or another.
